Share a WorkApp

Who can use this?

After building your WorkApp, you can share it with anyone who needs access. 

  1. Publish your WorkApp.
  2. Open the WorkApp you published and select the Edit app button on the left.
  3. Select the Manage sharing icon in the upper-right corner of the WorkAppp builder.

  4. Select the role you’d like to assign to each person or group.
  5. Select the person or group from the dropdown list, or type their email address. You can add more than one person at a time. 

Select Manage roles in the Manage sharing screen to add new roles or edit existing ones.

  1. Select Done.

Anyone you added now has access to the WorkApp.

Respond to a WorkApp access request

When someone requests access to your app, you're notified by email.

  1. Follow the link in the email, select Manage sharing, and select the role you’d like to provide.
  2. Add the requestor to that role and select Done
