Project date issue

You might run into an issue where project dates are incorrect when importing a CSV. This happens when you open a CSV export in Excel, and the dates get converted to the default date format set by Exel. 

 

To fix this, the user must update these dates to YYYY-MM-DD format before re-importing the data. Learn more about how to import or update multiple projects at once.

No user suggestions on the time tracker

You might run into an issue where a user is assigned to project, but time tracker does not show any suggestions.

The time tracker displays time suggestions if the user has availability for the time period. A user’s availability is affected by the part-time availability and first/last day of work settings on their profile page. Check the user's profile to confirm the dates for the time period are aligned with the project. Learn more about configuring profile settings for users.  

No data in the view

You might run into an issue where a view renders without any data. This happens when Disciplines/Roles have not been configured in Account Settings. Learn more about assigning roles and disciplines.
