Smartsheet AI is here, and it makes a real difference in how you work. Whether you spend time manually updating columns, hunting for insights buried in your data, or piecing together dashboards from scratch, there are now features built to handle that work for you.

You can ask questions about your data and take action using plain language with Smart Assist. Smart Columns run operations automatically as your data changes, including things like sentiment analysis, translation, and summarization. Need a dashboard? Describe what you want, and the AI dashboard builder generates a populated starting point. Inside your sheets, you can generate formulas, create text summaries, produce charts and metrics from your data, and fill out forms quickly using voice or pasted text.

These features are practical, fast, and built into the Smartsheet platform.

Smartsheet's Limits Policy and Acceptable Use Policy apply to the access and use of all Smartsheet services and applications, including AI features. If we detect that AI feature usage becomes abusive or violates our policies, we may deactivate the AI feature. We don't currently have specific volume limits on AI feature usage, but reserve the right to enforce such limits in the future. Also, we don't currently offer a way to track your AI tool usage, but we'll inform you if and when such insights become available.
