Tips on adding users
- You must input a user's complete email address if you're inviting the user for the first time.
- When inviting multiple users, you must use commas to separate the email addresses.
- If a user is already in the system and part of your organization, that user's email address auto-populates when entering it into the form.
- In the email address dropdown, use your arrow keys to locate the user to invite and hit the enter key. Alternatively, you can select the user's email address in the list.
- Hover over a pre-existing user's name to reveal that user's entire email address.
- Remove a user from the invitation by selecting the X next to the user's name, or navigating to the user's name and hitting the backspace key.
- The dropdown list of pre-existing users excludes users whose invitations or access requests are pending.
All invitations expire after 30 days. If you want to add users whose invitations have expired, send them new invitations.
Troubleshooting
Error states you are over the Admin limit
Invitations that are pending for Admins consume your Admin spots. You've reached your Admin spot limit; you must free up spots to add more Admins. Check your outstanding invites.
If you have a pending Admin invite that hasn’t been accepted or deleted, it may prevent you from adding additional Admins. Pending invites essentially reserve the spot and stop you from inviting another Admin. To fix this, check your pending invite list to see if you have any outstanding invites.
Error accepting access requests in bulk
This happens when any email address in the invitation is invalid. Check your invitation list for invalid email addresses.
