This feature is for Brandfolder and Smartsheet users who use the same email to login to both platforms. 

 

Find out if this capability is included in Smartsheet Regions or Smartsheet Gov.

To use this feature, you must have accounts with Brandfolder and Smartsheet. If you choose to log in with Smartsheet but don't have an active Brandfolder account, you receive an error message.

If you use the same email address for both Brandfolder and Smartsheet, you can sign in to Brandfolder with your Smartsheet credentials.

  • On the Brandfolder sign-in page, select Sign in with Smartsheet. The Smartsheet login page appears.
  • You can continue to use your existing Brandfolder credentials. This feature is a second sign-in option to help consolidate your accounts.

If you select this option but have SAML/SSO set up for your Brandfolder account, you're directed through the Brandfolder SAML flow after completing the Smartsheet login flow. However, your login screen looks different:
