Identify your account’s System Admin

Learn how to accurately identify the System Admin responsible for managing your Smartsheet account.

  • Smartsheet

A System Admin is a plan admin type that manages users, account-level settings, security policies, and licenses.

Identify your System Admin

To identify your account’s System Admin, do the following:

  1. On the left navigation bar, select Account when you hover over your profile picture.
  2. Go to Plan Info…
  3. The Main Contact is your account's System Admin, and the Contact Email is their email address.
