Sign in to Smartsheet with authenticator app

Before you begin

Make sure you've already set up your authenticator app.

Sign in with your authenticator app

Once you've set up your authenticator app, signing in to Smartsheet is quick and secure.

  1. Enter your first authentication factor: Go to the Smartsheet sign-in page and enter your primary sign-in credentials, such as your email and password or your one-time passcode (OTP). The example below uses email and password.

  2. Open your authenticator app: When prompted for a second factor, open the authenticator app on your mobile device.
  3. Get the code: The authenticator app displays a six-digit code for your Smartsheet account, which refreshes every 30 seconds.

  4. Enter the code: Type the current six-digit code from your authenticator app into the Smartsheet sign-in screen.

  5. Complete the sign-in: You're now signed in to Smartsheet.
