Favorite a collection in workspaces for direct access

Favorite your collections to directly access them whenever you most need them. 

Who can use this?

Plans:

  • Enterprise

Permissions:

  • Admins

Find out if this capability is included in Smartsheet Regions or Smartsheet Gov.

Use the Favorites icon on the left navigation bar to quickly find any favorited collections.

There are two ways to favorite a collection.

From the workspace panel

  1. Select the workspace where your collection lives.
  2. Find the collection you want to favorite in the workspace panel.
  3. Open the three-dot menu to the right of your collection’s name.
  4. Select Add to favorites.

From the collection panel

When you open a collection, the collection panel appears on the left. From there, you can see all the items included in your collection.

You can identify a favorited collection by the star that now appears over its icon.
