Behavior: When I try to run a workflow, I get an error message: Column titles are not unique among input columns.
This can happen if you have rows with the same values in the column source selected for the Pivot workflow.
We suggest you replace all so that only a single version of the string is used in the workflow.
Behavior: My update is not happening. Scheduled updates or immediate updates do not trigger.
This can happen if the queue is backed up. To help mitigate this, manually update a pivot configuration to trigger an update.
Behavior: When I try to transfer ownership of a Pivot workflow, I get an error message stating: Error! User not found.
This error message often occurs if the new owner has no license (legacy model) or is not a Member (user model). You can attempt to transfer the Pivot to a different licensed user or Member in your account. A Smartsheet System Admin can try to locate their email address in Admin Center to confirm that they are a licensed user or Member.
Behavior: When I try to transfer my Pivot I get an error message stating: Error! Target user doesn’t have sufficient sheet/report access.
When transferring a Pivot workflow, the new owner must be an Admin of both the source and destination. You should make sure the new owner is an Admin on both the sheet and report.
