Custom themes let you apply consistent branding like colors, fonts, and widget styles, across your dashboards. Once you've built a theme, you can export and share it so your whole organization stays visually aligned without having to rebuild from scratch.

You can create up to nine custom themes per dashboard.

Create a custom theme

Once you apply a custom theme, any previous widget styling resets.

Here's how to create a custom theme:

  1. In a dashboard, select Edit Dashboard from the toolbar.
  2. Select the Themes from the toolbar.
  3. Under Custom themes, select Create theme > Create new. The Edit theme panel appears.

You can optionally base your theme on an existing one. Here you'd select  Create theme > Import and edit it.

  4. Select the desired colors for Canvas, Title widgets, Widgets and Chart series.
  5. Expand the Text section. Select the desired format for  Title widgets and Widgets.

To preview your custom theme, select the back arrow to the left of Edit theme.

  1. Select Save.

To use your own brand colors, modify the Hex color code to match the color you want. The Theme section in the color picker includes all your theme colors, so you can manually customize a widget, too.

The mobile app doesn't support custom themes.

Share a custom theme

You can share a custom theme by exporting it to a file and sharing the file through your preferred channels.

You can import your custom theme into other dashboards.
