The Help Center, Smartsheet Community, and customer support portal are available 24/7.

Who can use this?

Plans:

  • Smartsheet
  • Smartsheet Gov
  • Brandfolder
  • Resource Management

Smartsheet provides information and resources to support you as you collaborate and explore more advanced options.

You can find information and solutions to common questions in two locations:

Paid Smartsheet users on a Pro, Business, or Enterprise plan, licensed Smartsheet Gov plan users, paid Brandfolder users, and paid Resource Management users can submit a ticket and get technical support via the customer support portal. See the relevant Primary support location table below for other users.

If you can’t access the support portal,  your current plan may not include access. Please check your plan for details.

The Help Center, Smartsheet Community, and customer support portal are available 24/7.

If your plan has access to phone support, you can find the number in the Smartsheet application. 

  1. Navigate to Account > Plan Info.
  2. At the bottom, select Call 24x7 Support.
  3. A list of technical support numbers by county or region will appear.

The customer support portal provides an easy access point to your different support offerings. See the Overview of support resources article for more details about the offerings.

Depending on your support package, you can:

  • Use the support bot to:
    • Find answers: In the search bar, ask your question and press ENTER.
    • Open a case:  Interact with the bot to answer your question, or if needed, open a case with either Support or Finance.
    • Get Live Support: Get connected to a live agent via chat or phone if needed.
  • Review ongoing cases: If you’ve submitted a support case, you’ll see it under Cases. All your cases are in one place, and you can sort the list by subject, status, date, and more.
  • Schedule a Pro Desk session: At the top of the portal, select Pro Desk. Learn more about Pro Desk.
