If you pay your account via Credit Card, PayPal, or BTIA you are responsible for making the changes in the app. Please follow the steps to downgrade your account.

Please note that all fees are non-refundable, and the downgrade will not qualify for a refund.

To downgrade to a different plan type, remove licenses, or discontinue an add-on or other product, you must first remove additional users associated with the account.

To remove additional users associated with your account, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account.

2. Once logged in, click the "Account" icon

3. Go to Account Admin and select "User Management" to see the list of additional users you wish to remove.

4. Right-click a user's email address you wish to remove, and then click "Delete"

5. Confirm the removal of the user by clicking "OK".

Now that you have removed any additional users from the account, we can proceed to downgrade. Please follow these steps:

1. Log back into your account

2. Click the "Account" icon

3. Select "Add Licenses / Upgrade". (Here, you can lower the number of licenses or select a different payment plan)

4. The "Change Your Plan" form will then appear. Click the radial button for the plan you want.

5. Then, click "Purchase".
