Admin Center: Remove a custom email domain

If you no longer want to use a custom email domain for Smartsheet notifications or wish to change that domain, you must first remove the custom domain.

  • Enterprise

Permissions:

  • System Admin

Find out if this capability is included in Smartsheet Regions or Smartsheet Gov.

To remove a custom email domain:

  1. Sign in to Admin Center.
  2. Go to the Menu in the upper left corner and navigate to Settings > Branding & Personalization.

    The Branding & Personalization page displays.

  3. You can find your custom email domain on the Smartsheet Emails card. Select Edit.

  4. In the top right corner of the right pane, select Remove domain  Brandfolder Image trash-icon-admin-center
  5. Follow the instructions in the pop-up message.

    You can't undo Remove domain

  6. Select Yes, remove to complete the process.
