If you no longer want to use a custom email domain for Smartsheet notifications or wish to change that domain, you must first remove the custom domain.

To remove a custom email domain:
- Sign in to Admin Center.
Go to the Menu in the upper left corner and navigate to Settings > Branding & Personalization.
The Branding & Personalization page displays.
You can find your custom email domain on the Smartsheet Emails card. Select Edit.

- In the top right corner of the right pane, select Remove domain .
Follow the instructions in the pop-up message.
You can't undo Remove domain.
- Select Yes, remove to complete the process.
