Share a WorkApp

It's easy to add people to your WorkApp in the builder.

1. Select Add people in the upper-right corner of the WorkAppp builder. 
2. Select the role you’d like to share someone to, and then select them in the dropdown list or type in their email address. You can add more than one person at a time, or add any Smartsheet group in your dropdown list. 
3. Select Done. Anyone you added now have access to the WorkApp.

Respond to a WorkApp access request

When someone requests access to your app, you're notified by email.

1. Follow the link in the email, select Add people, and select the role you’d like to permit access.
2. Add the requestor to that role and select Done. That person now has access to the WorkApp.
