You can track messages from users via requests and comments. A request is an individual thread from a user or from a particular integration, and comments belong to requests.
Bridge fully supports users opening multiple different requests at the same time, which is possible with certain integrations.
Depending on the method of integration, you may want to have one ongoing request. For other services, like Slack for instance, you may want to have one request open per channel, user, or user & channel, as it can allow increased flexibility.
It is not possible for a user to update a request opened on one integration from another integration but it is possible to access and update any from our API directly.
