Switch between multiple 10,000ft accounts

Navigate between multiple licensed accounts with a single click.
Set up and account switching with 10,000ft login
If you have multiple 10,000ft accounts, you'll see a toggle option to the right of the 10,000ft logo or next to your organization’s custom-branded logo in the top navigation bar. This toggle doesn't appear if you only have one account or if you access your account from a mobile device.
To switch between multiple accounts:
- Click the drop-down arrow to the right of the 10,000ft logo
- Choose which account you want to access from the list
- You'll be directed to the same page in the new account you select (note: this isn't available for SSO accounts). For example, if you're on the schedule page and you switch to another account, you'll be directed to the schedule page in the new account.
Information in each account remains secure and independent, so you'll need to switch accounts to see data from another account. There isn't a view where you can see information across accounts — this includes reporting or seeing people from other accounts on the schedule.
TIP: Using a saved 10,000ft URL won't automatically switch your account. To view a shared link in your organization with saved filters applied, you'll need to switch to the appropriate account. Custom attributes, account settings, and user provisioning will continue to be managed independently within each account.
If you need help with changing an email address associated with your account, you can Contact Support.
Account switching with SSO
For SSO (single sign-on) accounts, you'll first be directed to your provider’s authentication page before accessing 10,000ft.
It's important to note that the account switching function doesn't support toggling between SSO and non-SSO accounts. So you can switch from one SSO account to another SSO account, or from one non-SSO account to another non-SSO account, but you can't switch from an SSO account to a non-SSO account. You'll only see accounts of the same login type in the drop down list.
