We communicate about new or improved features of our products once they’re live. Depending on the changes, we share updates through email, in-product messaging, or announcements on the Smartsheet Community website.

You can also check the following channels:

• App Store or Google Play: See the latest features available in the Smartsheet mobile apps

Receive product release notes in your inbox

Subscribe to receive release notes. Once you subscribe to our product news mailers, you receive emails about new product capabilities and enhancements for your platform of choice: 

• Smartsheet platform: Get daily updates/release notes (as available) 
• Smartsheet Gov platform: Get monthly updates about enhancements or new features on the Smartsheet Gov platform

Stay informed about planned maintenance windows

For any work that requires a window within which the service isn't available, we communicate up to 6 months and no fewer than 5 days in advance. 

You can find our announcements on planned maintenance on alert banners in the Smartsheet app and through posts on the Smartsheet Status page.

We want your ideas for improving Smartsheet

We're encouraged and inspired by you, our customer, and the feedback you provide. It helps us identify how our products help you in your day-to-day work and what we need to improve. Through your feedback, we validate if the product features and capabilities we prioritize serve you as you build and scale business-driven solutions. 

If you have any suggestions or feedback on our products, send them via the Smartsheet Product Feedback form. 

After gathering your feedback, our Product Development teams categorize them to understand customer needs and develop our roadmap. 

Consider the following when providing feedback:

• We receive so much feedback that we're unable to respond individually to every submission. 
• Given the volume of feedback, not all suggestions are implemented in our products. 
• If you opt in to be contacted by Smartsheet, you may receive follow-up inquiries from our Product Development teams.
