Issue: Didn't receive email confirming trial

If you haven't received an e-mail confirming the start of your trial, review these likely reasons. If none apply, contact support for assistance.

  • Smartsheet

Possible reasons for your e-mail not arriving

  • Not enough time has passed. Wait a few minutes for the email to arrive and check your spam or junk folder.
  • Smartsheet isn't in your allowlist. If your organization or you use a service that captures mail from new senders (such as Mimecast), adjust your settings to allow Smartsheet to send you mail. This might require working with your IT Department.

  • You accidentally typed the wrong email address. Use the Smartsheet Password Reset page and try re-typing your correct email address.
