Bulk management upload links

The upload links page in bulk management allows you to view guest upload links and their associated details.

Permissions

 Owners and Admins can access the upload links page in bulk management.

Find out if this capability is included in Smartsheet Regions or Smartsheet Gov.

The upload links page in bulk management allows you to view guest upload links and their associated details. Admins and Owners can see this page by navigating to Settings > Bulk Management > Upload Links tab. 

When navigating the page, you can search guest upload links.

This page includes a table with columns that allow you to 

  • Visit the actual upload experience page
  • See the upload section for the assets being captured in the link
  • The description of the upload link
  • Who the link was created by
  • When the link was created
  • If assets are auto-approved when they are uploaded through the link
  • The trash can icon to delete the link.
