When you attempt to access Smartsheet from certain locations, you may receive the following message:

You are attempting to access Smartsheet from a prohibited location under the sanctions programs of the United States Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC).

Consistent with the regulations of the United States Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC), Smartsheet has put in place controls that restrict customers from accessing the application from the following locations:

  • Crimea (Avtonomna Respublika Krym)
  • Democratic People's Republic of Korea
  • Islamic Republic of Iran
  • Republic of Cuba
  • Syrian Arab Republic
